Our Founders

The People Behind Treehouse.

Greg King

Greg is a DIY home improvement practitioner with a deep passion for making sustainable building mainstream, accessible and affordable. Greg served as president of Valero Energy Corporation, where he worked for 15 years, and was a partner at the Bracewell & Giuliani law firm in Houston.

Jason Ballard

Jason studied biology at Texas A&M with an emphasis in ecology. He put his degree to work as a green builder in Boulder for two years and as an environmental consultant for ACRT. He’s an aspiring priest in the Episcopal Church, and his idea of a good day is hiking to a secluded trout stream with his wife and children.

Kevin Graham

Kevin currently consults on website strategy, e-commerce and e-marketing efforts on behalf of an array of clients. In his past life, he directed brand development and advertising for national companies at The Richards Group in Dallas.

Evan Loomis

A native Austinite, Evan worked as the chief operating officer of Wedgwood Circle in Washington, D.C., and Citigroup Global Investment Bank in New York City. When he gets out of the office, he enjoys running, scuba diving and squash (the sport, not the vegetable).

Brian Williamson

For 25 years, Brian has helped improve the home improvement industry. After 16 years at The Home Depot and a few more at Cover-all Flooring, he’s ready to use his expertise to grow TreeHouse into a national home improvement alternative. His favorite job, however, is serving as the league coordinator for the county youth baseball association.

Paul Yanosy

Paul spent four years in commercial litigation with Sidley Austin LLP in New York and San Francisco, helping resolve various high-stakes disputes. In a previous life he worked on Capitol Hill. He has also volunteered as a legal advocate in Africa with International Justice Mission.
